FEATURED YOGA STUDIOS

YOGA TREE At Yoga Tree we strive to bring you the best yoga instructors the San Francisco Bay Area has to offer in studios that are clean, warm and supportive. Although we offer a variety of styles of yoga, all of our classes share one thing in common – a comfortable safe space in which to explore the body, mind and soul. We have four beautiful studios that feature well appointed boutiques, massage rooms (at two of them) and workshops & training programs designed for you to experience the vast and lasting benefits of yoga. |

ZUDA At Zuda Yoga, we embrace the idea “we are all one” and seek to lift one another up through the regular practice of power vinyasa yoga. All of us come to yoga from different paths and each need something different; our community offers the chance to experience fully what it is to be heard, seen and accepted, exactly as you are. Zuda Yoga classes empower you (you decide when to adjust a posture, rest longer or go deeper) offering energy, freedom, quiet, rest, challenge, and laughter every time you are here. Our studio is a safe place without judgments. We celebrate and honor the person you are. |

Our beautiful sanctuary is located in the alpine mountain community of Truckee and is supported by an outstanding team of teachers, therapists, and practitioners. In addition to our schedule of weekly classes, we are a destination for workshops and retreats with master teachers. Our 2010 lineup includes such luminaries as Sarah Powers, Noah Maze, Jai Uttal, Laura Christensen, Eddie Modestini and Nicki Doane. |
