Now Open To All

We didn't realize that so many Daytripper ticket-holders would want to partake in the Fire & Ice festivities at High Camp on Saturday, July 31, so we opened the dinner up to everyone! There's a new signup form that does not require you to schedule the dinner on your yoga class schedule & also lets you make reservations for your whole party at once. Simply fill out the form, select the number of people you're paying for, and enter your credit card info. If you have signed up & paid already, you don't have to do anything. Your name will be on the attendee list when you arrive.

Kids Pricing

A bunch of you emailed asking about taking kids to Fire & Ice. That one was easy -- kid's tickets are now set up in our checkout form. 5 & under are free, and kids 6 - 12 are half off.

A bit less easy is (was) our credit card system -- we apparently had a few problems on Tuesday, which led to some of you getting a "declined" message when you tried to purchase. Don't worry -- your credit is fine. We hope that you'll consider re-registering, because the problem has been fixed.

If you don't know about the Fire & Ice Dinner, check out the menu here. The $49.50 prix fixe includes food, wine, tax and gratuity -- it's the deal of century. The cable car ride is free for Sages, Seekers & Saturday Pilgrims, but everyone else must purchase a $14 cable car ticket. This ticket can be purchased in the cable car building.

New Teachers, New Classes

We noticed that many classes on Friday & Saturday were filling up, so we added no less than 9 fresh new classes and some amazing teachers to go along with them! From Yoga Tree in San Francisco, we're proud to host Stephanie Snyder and "YIN" teacher Dina Amsterdam. We also added a fascinating new Janet Stone class with Hareesh Wallis, along with new classes by Giselle Mari, Annie Carpenter and Maya Fiennes. Other first-time Wanderlust teahers include the NYC fave Sadie Nardini, Costa Mesa YogaWorks' Erika Burkhalter, and the director of Shiva Rea's Samudra School, Maria Garre.

Fire & Ice Dinner Announced

We're happy to announce the second annual Fire & Ice Dinner at
Wanderlust, which will be the only dinner gathering for the entire
Wanderlust community. Come dine at 8,200' feet with friends and
teachers, feast on local & organic fare and gaze out at the stunning
views of Olympic Valley and Lake Tahoe. This year we've worked hard to
create the perfect Wanderlust menu, with more local & organic fare
and many more vegetarian and vegan options. Thanks to our amazing

with your meal. Unwind after a long day of yoga with a glass of great

Speakeasy schedule posted - Add dynamic talks to your experience!

Wanderlust's free Speakeasy Talks, presented by EVOL Burritos, are now available to add to your schedule! Exceptional individuals will be covering a wide variety of subjects connected to yoga, organics, environmentalism, spirituality, conscious consumerism, fair fashion and more!

Talks will be 12-15 minutes long with a short Q&A delivered in the relaxed environment of a comfortable teahouse. Attendees will sip free tea & Kombucha, and lounge comfortably. Space is limited, so log on to the scheduler and add the most interesting talks to your schedule before they fill up!

Speakeasy sessions take place on Saturday and Sunday and are free to yoga + music ticket holders. Visit the Speakeasy Talks page for a full list of speakers and topics.

Class Schedule Closing July 25, 2010!

Rejoice, because Wanderlust is now less than a month away! It's time to focus on the details of your trip. At this point, the most important thing you can do -- apart from buying your ticket -- is to schedule your classes. Here are two incentives: first, classes are filling up fast, and second, we will close the scheduler four days before the festival begins. If you haven't scheduled by then, you'll have to wait until you're on-site to schedule -- and some great classes will be full. Just Login or Register and click the blue button to go to our scheduler. Remember that you have to link your ticket to confirm your class selections (a confirmed class will always have a check mark next to it, not a question mark). Email us if you have any questions.

P.S. Demand this year has been so strong that we've added a bunch of new classes on Friday. Check out the scheduler for new classes with the Zuda Yoga crew, Kula's Stephanie Sandleben, and Yoga Tree's Stephanie Snyder.
